Is Hot Popcorn crashing?

We hate crashes and need your help tracking them down. Every time iTunes does a Sync on your computer, all the crash logs are copied from your iPhone/iPod Touch onto your computer. We need these crash logs to see exactly why Hot Popcorn is crashing. Follow these steps to send us your crash logs:

  1. Connect your iPhone or iPod Touch to your computer and perform a Sync in iTunes
  2. Go to the crash logs folder on your computer. This folder’s location varies depending on your computer:
    • Mac OS X : ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>
    • Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/<DEVICE_NAME>
    • Windows Vista: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>
  3. Find all the files that start with “Hot Popcorn”.
